I am a Registered Nurse and a Holistic Health Practitioner. I have been in herbal practice for over 11 years and am a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild, integrating the best of the scientific and traditional approaches to medicine.

The health program I compose is thorough, and is custom-tailored to you.           

It is based on your individual needs, medical conditions and specific goals.

I review your medical history, your dietary intake and your medications.  The program composed for you from this information includes a patient-specific herbal formula, therapeutic foods, nutritional supplements and lifestyle suggestions.

I am well-informed on the safe use of herbal medicines, superior, effective products and herb-drug interactions, and I enjoy working with your physician as part of a team for your health benefit.

I am in private practice at the Saint Barnabas Health Care System’s Siegler Center for Integrative Medicine in Livingston, New Jersey. I have been their herbalist for over ten years, and a part of their team of holistic practitioners I have an additional office in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
