Dale Bellisfield is a Registered Nurse and a Clinical Herbalist.  She has been in herbal practice for over 12 years and is a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild, integrating the best of the scientific and traditional approaches to medicine.

After a thorough review of your medical history, your dietary intake and your medications, she composes a program for you.  The health program she develops is comprehensive, and is specifically tailored to your unique lifestyle. 

It is based on your individual needs, medical conditions and specific goals.  Your program can include a custom herbal formula, therapeutic foods, nutritional supplements and lifestyle suggestions. Or, you can come in just for a dialogue—Dale welcomes all questions and opportunities for discussion.

Dale is up-to-date on the safe use of herbal medicines, superior, effective products and herb-drug interactions, and  enjoys working with your physician as part of a team for your health benefit.

She is in private practice at the Saint Barnabas Health Care System’s Siegler Center for Integrative Medicine in Livingston, New Jersey. She has been their herbalist for over ten years, and is an integrative part of their team of holistic practitioners.
